Initiate Your Request

Log into your Crimson Dawn account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique RMA number.

Package Your Items

Carefully place your unworn, unwashed garments with all original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
